Someone stole my old header and blog background. x-(

Hmm..

I'm not trying to be a drama queen, but someone stole my old header. can you see anything familiar in the screencap below? if you're an avid reader of mine, you would know which header i'm talking about.

here's the story...

I was browsing through the net like any other day and then I stumbled upon this website. and then, something stuck out among the rest. that header.. looks so familiar. i DESIGNED that header! omg, someone stole it and just simply use it. aiyo. can't u make your own? your website doesn't even have anything to do with the word.. 'my herbalife diet'. why are using my header as your header? it doesn't make any sense!

and not just that, he stole my old background as well! he has 1 website where he sells Herbalife and 2 blogs explaining on how to consume Herbalife.

i remembered significantly that i had paired the same blog background with the header he stole.. so if i were still using both now, my blog will look something like below.

FYI, I did download that particular background from thecutestblogontheblock.com, but what makes that background mine is bcoz I edited it to suit my blog. I had edited the background and made the center all white, add in a drop shadow to the white centerpiece, and reposition back the brown ribbons and added drop shadow to it. so again, I did made that background as well, and he stole it from me.

Pls refer the images below and judge the difference between the original background from thecutestblogontheblock.com, and compare it with my edited background, there is a huge difference! And pls do zoom in all of the images in this post. As you can see, he used my edited background, and not the original background from thecutestblogontheblock.com.

I really hope he removes my background and header ASAP! There are thousands of FREE backgrounds to download, and he chose to steal mine??! why??! LAZY BUM!!

Not only that he stole my blog background, he has also violated a couple (or maybe even more) of Herbalife rules. I'm so gonna report him to Herbalife.. >:)

p.s: i think i know who's his coach. some of his info he shared sounds so eerily familiar.
