2010 Training Session 2 (Week 12)

For the past 2 weeks I've been exercising twice a week only. I really don't like the feeling of being really tired and sometimes dizzy while exercising. It pisses me off! Kurang kesabaran :P There goes my plan to exercise during Ramadhan...

I bought myself a smaller baju kurung this year. YAY!! HOREY!! YIPPIE!! It's a size 40 but looks like a 38. I bought a size 40 baju kurung a couple of months back and ukur them together recently, the newer one is a bit smaller. Plus the older baju kurung is a bit loose now!

There's going to be a wedding in a couple months time(after completing 1 more exercise session insyaAllah), I want to buy a smaller size baju kurung than this.
A MUST!!!!


The last 3 weeks I wasn't exercising that much due to Ramadhan. Although Alhamdulillah, I lost 4 kilo's all together within this 2nd session. I've made a promise not to gain this weight ever again. EVVVVERRRR!!


The results are pretty slow but at least I know I'm losing them in a healthy way. I haven't starved myself once within this 3 months. I sometimes even over ate... a bit of a glutton when it comes to rice and bread :P.

Wed 1/9 Interval running 17 minutes - Done

  • Cakap senang kan... buat punya susah(exercising 5 days a week during Ramadhann) :P
  • Will be going to Penang next week for 4-5 days for Aidilfitri. 
  • 6(Monday)-12(Sunday) Sept is my rest week!
End of Week 12
  • Exercised once only.
  • Did terribly during Ramadhan :P. I have one week cuti jolly jolly before burning fat again. 
  • Selamat bercuti to me and I hope I won't overeat within this week because it's Syawal!!
