In the meantime, I'm planning out my workout for the second session. I'm thinking of adding another day of weight training and more longer daily cardio. Making it a more challenging session because my current workout routine is getting pretty boring. But I got to take notice on the middle of the 9th week is Ramadhan. So I'll be working out 3 & 1/2 weeks in Ramadhan. Now that's challenging enough! I've never worked my butt off when it comes to Ramadhan. I think if I can achieve this, I can achieve anything! Cakap senang... buat tu sometimes fikir 2/3 kali oh >.<. Hubby said he felt the same when weight training during Ramadhan. Only a BIT more thirsty. He goes to the gym nearing sungkai(buka puasa/iftar). After training, terus balik rumah and sungkai.
Alright! Let's get this started!!!
LAST WEEK WORKOUT! PURE ENERGY! WORKOUT REALLY HARD!!!!!!!!!
Mon 31/5 (Cardio & Lower Body Workout) Done
- Surprisingly the gym wasn't smelly when I started exercising.
- Did 18 minutes interval running and then did Lower Body Workout. I thought I was gonna faint doing this back to back but I didn't. If hubby didn't suggested me just to try, I would never find out now would I.
Tue 1/6 (Cardio 30 Minutes HIIT)Done
- Visuallzed Jillian Michael's was shouting at me while I ran. It worked. I ran extra faster.
Wed 2/6 (Cardio & Upper Body Workout) Done
- Oh no! Hubby's down with a fever. I hope he still can babysit my son when I'm working out since my son is also sick with fever and a cold and isn't able to attend kindy.
- Alhamdulillah. Exercise done successfully!
Thu 3/6 (Cardio 30 Minutes HIIT) Done
Fri 4/6 (Cardio & Lower Body Workout) Half Done
- Did not run today because feeling slightly feverish. Ugh... Even while weight training my energy was so low. I just had to do it because it's my last week bah. Hubby said not to train while sick because your body might store in fat.
Won't be running today because we'll be heading to Kedah. Probably will run on Monday to replace this day hahha :P Does that even count?
Alhamdulillah. This concludes my 1st session of 12 week training! Good job! Now go reward yourself(other than food please!) some more for doing a great job!! Woohoo!!!
