Week 2 WT

Herbalife Week 39

Alhamdulillah. I must say 100 Plus helped a lot when I was dehydrated due to food poisoning. The whole food poisoning also left my son so skinny!! I've started to have a bit more appetite to eat today and also did cardio after 3 days of rest.

Workout skipped: 3 workouts(upper, lower and 1 cardio).

Menu: Only 2 days having 4 meals(Sunday and Monday). The rest, 3 meals. Itu pun memaksa diri. If I didn't eat, I'd have a tummy ache due to hunger pangs. Currently mixing my vanilla shakes with soya berperisa corn. Okaylah, I can drink it at one go.

Cheat Day: Open house at Mak Teh's new house in Ampang. Makan kena ingat dunia dan lemak-lemak this time :D
