Week 1 WT

Herbalife Week 38

Alhamdulillah.
It has been a challenging yet fun and satisfying week 1 of my weight training. I must say I'm a much happier person without my scale. I'm now on a dilemma whether I should buy that battery over the weekend or after 1 month of resistance training. Pondering... pondering.

Workout skipped: Monday- Cardio. Tidak larat. Can't even bend my legs properly!

Menu: Truthfully, eating 5 meals per day... healthy meals is quite hard for me. I keep missing it and sometimes I don't feel hungry at all. Imagine that I can easily eat unhealthy snacks 2/3 times a day but when it comes to eating healthy food it feels like a chore to me. In the end, I had 3/4 meals. I am super happy to tell you that almost all the time they are healthy snacks. No over eating. Still 2/3 shakes per day. I'll try harder next week! InsyaAllah.

Cheat day... here I come!!!!
