RED FLAG DAY 1
Red flag dah mula. So kena track Syawal days nih... sempat kot nak abehkan posa 6 before end of Syawal :-s including my posa ganti huhuhuh... InsyaALLAH!
7:30am breakfast
Cappu shakes: 4F1+400ml plain water
At kilang
400ml green tea
500L plain water
12:00pm lunch at Tajudin NS with Isma
1 plate nasik tomato
1 pc ayam masak rose
1 small plate of mix veggies [share]
1 pc papedom *masuk hangin* [share]
1 glass of teh ice *sin sin sin*
The 1st teh ice after mmm... can I say a year? WOW!... Errmm, naper cam tak sedap jer rasa teh ice nih :-s ... hilang deria rasa ker haku? wahahaha.. ker mmg kat Tajudin, teh ice dia kureng sedap? Lately macam kembali ke nasik kandar nih :-s, start lepas raya hariktuh, masa awal2 dok balas posa, haku kerap beli nasik bungkus di bbrp kedai nasik kandar.
Aku kembali ke Kassim Mustafa, ke Pelita Nasik Kandar, then yesterday kat Kayu Nasik Kandar... Today kat Tajudin pulak... ermmmm... even pun still follow normal menu 2 shakes+ 1 normal [during non-cheating days mcm hariknik lah kan hihih] tapi ketakutan sudah menjelma...
Ok2, no more nasik kandar for the next... ermmm, let's sayyyy... 2 weeks. Miza, boleh kah??? Bahekkk!!! Dirik sendirik kena sedar :D
ps: perbincangan luo topik. Bila haku nak kecik cam Isma nih akekekek :P

Bekalan kuasa F3 sudah sampai, so kembali add F3 with F1.

Janda sit-up 8 *ini memang pancit akekeke*

Box 20 *patut aku buat lebih lagik tadih, mmm, veli talak bagus lah*
Ok dah start workout balik walaupun mcm melepaskan batuk di tangga but at least I start it back! Better than never ok bebeh. Esok cuba lagik!
