7:30am breakfast
Cappu shakes: 4F1+2F3+250ml low fat milk+150ml plain water
500ml teamix

12:00pm lunch
1 plate of nasik putih
1 pc of ikan keli bakar
4 pcs okra
1/4 plate kacang panjang
1/4 plate kerabu taugeh
8:00pm dinner at Balik Pulau
1 bungkus nasik lemak ayam
1 mug teamix
1L plain water
Atas sebab2 yang tidak dapat di elakkan, gambo nasik lemak ayam lupa nak capture. So layan gambo lunch jerlah yer... Note nasik haku byk kan masa lunch, ehem.. mula2 igt 1/2 plate, pastu belek2 balik, cam 1 plate wahahahha... mari basuh 'dosa' nasik sepinggan dengan workout hariknik >:)
