Salam,

Puasa Ganti Day 4 [4 days to go...]

Puasa ganti nih sambungan darik sebelom red flag hariktuh. Sebelom tuh berjaya khado ermmm, 3 harik.. so balance to go is 5 days.

4:00am sahur
400ml plain water

Tak sempat nak cuba doa cara Dieha. Mmm, aku tido lewat semalam, so minum air jer.

7:06pm berbuka Pharse 1 di kilang
Bbrp teguk plain water

8:00pm berbuka Pharse 2 tapau from Ara Tokong Ular
1 bungkus Nasik Goreng Paprik
1 mug teamix
1 mug plain water

11:00pm supper
Cappu shakes: 2F1+1F3+250ml low fat milk
1L plain water

Esok tak posa kot. Esok ader kendurik Aqiqah umah Isma untuk Insyirah. Keberangkalian nak pigi adalah tinggi. InsyaALLAH...

Workout
Crunch + mix yoga step + mix dumbell routine

Depan laptop sambil tgk muvee, bosan pulak duduk saja, so aku hampar yoga mat dan start workout, muvee dalam 1.5hrs... deduct time tak focus haku... aku assume buat dalam 20-30 minutes ajer... anyway... it's really help if you have something to watch or listen during workout. It keep's you buzy :D.
