Aku silap masuk shift akekeke, terpegi keje, pastu terserempak dengan Nam Weng dalam cafe. Isma dah cakap hariknik harik last shift orang lain, esok baru shift haku, tapi haku terasa macam hariknik harik 1st haku keje erkkk... teruknya 2-3 menjak nih, byk sgt bender terlupa. Sign of aging process??? :-s uhuhuhuh...

1 pc of ikan gulai
1/3 plate of kerabu mangga
4 pcs of okra [2 ok, 2 liat, aku tak leh nak geget :-s]
Lepas makan, g Giant nak beli bekalan buah, turn out red dragon xder. Yang ader white dragon which I dun like lah bebeh. Semua jenis panjang... tak der jenis guhums, tuh psl aku tau, red dragon tak der, mmm... Tips! Kalo korang nak tahu cemana outside looks, diff between red dragon dengan white dragon - check dier nyer physical. 2-2 kulit kaler merah kan? Check bentuk dier. Red dragon guhums membulat. White dragon panjang membujur. Plus red dragon manis darik yg putih :P. So check sebelom beli ok bebeh akekeke... Anyway, aku beli green apple. Jadiklah... daripada tak beli buah langsung... had to buy something. Dah lama tak makan buah nih. paling last makan prunes. Dah nak abeh jugak tuh...

Had to eat something lepas workout. Dah ler perot kosong lepas membuang petang tadih. Igt nak workout before dinner tapi tak larat sangat dah, so shakes dulu... workout malam nih lebey kepada nak ignore sakit perot gara2 over drink yougurt petang tadih. Lupa plak, cereal letak low fat milk [dairy product] erkk :-s... harap2, aku tak ke toilet again... aper2 jer haku nih...
Btw, Familia Choco Crunch tak der kat Giant td [antara item yg haku sebenarnya nak beli tapi hajat tak kesampaian] ... uhuks! So go for Post Selects cereal. Mmm, bila2 g Queensbay Mall, aku beli Familia.
