Week 33: Ramadhan Day 3

Sahur:

430am
Teamix 200ml
Water 800ml

510am
200ml strawberry soy + 200ml water + 4scp F1 Strawberry
Lots of water until imsak

Sungkai(Berbuka/Iftar):

Rice + tomatoes & ladies fingers + sausages
1 cup of nescafe

10pm:

nescafe + a couple of cookies


I'm so happy because I've never felt so energetic during Ramadhan before. Teamix is sooo boosting my energy. That makes me one very happy mommy :)
