Last day bersenang lenang di rumah [xder lah senang pun... hihihihi]. Walaupun bangun lambat [WHAT??? AGAIN!!! aiyayahhhh...] tapi ku gagahkan dirik workout, ggrrr...
9:30am pre-workout
1 mug teamix
10:30am pre-brunch
Cappu shakes: 2F1+150ml low fat milk + 100ml plain water
400ml plain water
12:00pm brunch with Isma at Mak Long
1/4 plate of nasik puteh
1 pc of ikan gulai
1/4 plate of kerabu mangga
1/4 plate of mix sohun
600ml plain water
5:00pm tea break at home [tea break tapi xminum teamix, amender lah...]
1 cup of Marigold low fat yogurt Aprikot
A handfull of mix nuts
8:00pm dinner
Cappu shakes: 4F1+400ml plain water
1.5L plain water
Air kurang giler hariknik... haih... Malam nih cover banyak2, letak 1.5L harap2 betollah haku minum 1.5L nih. Any changes will be update later ok bebeh.
Workout 40 minutes before pre-brunch. Sebab nak g lunch dah so haku just buat shakes in low qty. Lunch leh mkn betol2 to feed my muscle back, chewahhh... Melecet lulut2 haku sebab ada push-up with rotation :(. Aku baru perasan haku nyer lutut melecet sebab sakit masa sujud... rasa pedih siot. Adeh!!! Rasanya 2-3 harik akan datang kalo ada workout regime ask for push-up, aku ganti dengan sit up jelah sehingga lutut kembali sehat...mmm... xder penyakit carik penyakit, aduhaiii...
And burpee hariknik, is killing me!!! Anyway, tepuk belakang dirik sendirik, sebab complete buat 3 circuits... dalam buku ask for 2 circuits only tapi haku dah abeh buat 2 circuits before 1/2 hour so why not make another round. And guess what, I am panting towards the end wahahaha...!!!
Malam nih kena balik Balik Pulau sebab tak der saper nak hantar Nana Tona balik esok. So nak balik amik dier, bawak mai balik Bukit Gedong sat. Ima keje pagik. Aku pun keje pagik tapi haku leh kuo time lunch so kul 12 tuh kuo amik Nana then hantar g terminal bas lah. Tapi kalo dari Balik Pulau, mati pengsan lah haku, tak kan nak kuo makan 2-3 jam kot! So the plan is; bawak dia balik mai Bukit Gedong, then esok lunch, kuo amik dier. Dekat sikit. Oklah guys, cau cin cau. Sakit lutut, sakit lutut... hau hau hau :((...
