Restocking Herbalife and...

I'm waiting for my HL's. Order sikit2, out of budget! Probably will get it by end of this week. Meanwhile, I'm fasting tomorrow and hopefully the day after. Then I'm done with paying my puasa for this year.

I'll get this blog running once I'll receive all of my orders. Mau juga kan... Betebiat.

Hubby is encouraging me to weight train again since he just dropped 4kgs in a week by just weight training for 3 or 4 hours like 5 times a week! Come on, having a trainer is a plus. Doing it yourself(weight training at home) needs more hard work. Probably during Syawal? Muahahaha...

Also Enchek Han(ze trainer) said that our stomach is a muscle itself. Eating real food is like exercising our stomach. He doesn't encourage taking liquid diet for a long period of time because then our stomach doesn't get the required exercise it needs. It can affect your metabolism too(slowing it down) That's what I can rememberlah my hubby told me.

Hubby told me this because he actually wanted to go on a liquid diet eating replacement meals and whey protein during this coming Ramadhan but instead was told to eat a little bit of both... and guess what? His menu is as the same as the Herbalife Fasting Menu. :)
