Keje la pulok... sakit kaki, betis, peha gara2 hiking kelmarin leh tahan gak... tapi mai jugok... dah lah lewat bangun... haih!

8:30am breakfast

1 granola bar Nature Valley

12:00pm lunch tapau from Agilent's Cafe
1/2 polisterin of nasik putih
1 pc of ayam masak tokyu
1/2 polisterin of veggies
400ml teamix
1L plain water

In between
1 granola bar Nature Valley

8:00pm dinner at Pizza Hut Queensbaymall [ehem2]
2 uncomplete slices of Pizza Hut Island Supreme
1/2 glass of lemon tea w/out ice
1/2 cup of Double Delight
1/2 Deli wing [balance Ima makan sbb aku tak makan wing nyer? ajaib...]
3 pcs of Garlic Bread
1 bowl of Mushroom Soup

Unclomplete slices... kenaper tuh? Sebab bahagian cheese tuh aku kasik Ima :P. Tengok gambo, Ima dah standby pegang bahagian cheese yg maha crust tuh masa aku nak snap pic! Aku cuba makan wey, bukan tak cuba, geget 2 kali lagik... tapi misi gagal. Rasa cemana ntah. Dah la Island Supreme nih extra cheese so masa makan pizza tadih macam makan chewing gump... asyik meleret2, melekit2 akekeke...

Kami leh lupa abehkan ice cream. Aku rasa mcm dah abeh. Atau lebey tepat lagik, aku igt Ima yg abehkan! Ima tanya lepas kuo dari Pizza Hut, ice cream tadih abeh tak? Aik? Tak abeh kah? rugi2... Oh ya! Pizza tak abeh pun, tapau bawak balik :D.

Byk pulok granola bar arinik, sat nak check... ermmm... serving size: 2 bars [42g], amount per serving: Calorie 180. Info: At least 48g of whole grain recommended daily... ngeh ngeh ngeh!
