Eggs in tomato sauce(from tomato puree) + rice
Nescafe 1 mug
Water

kuih lapis 2(first food from Param)
Nescafe 1 mug(will not buy anymore nescafe when the packets have finished)

Teamix 1 mug + water 800ml

Dinner
2F1 + 100ml water + 100ml soy
