Mon 4/10 Upper Body Workout
- Did all of my workout using machine. It gets the job done really fast without hassle comparing to dumbbells yes. But... I do feel that it has less "feel" comparing when I use dumbbells. With dumbbells I can feel every inch of my muscles being squeezed. It feels more up, close and personal gitu. More in control. But with machine, ada rasa macam flat sikit. So I felt I didn't get what I wanted to feel today. Boooooo :P
- Starting to eat properly. I need to buy whey protein and supplements soon. Tired of eating eggs everyday. Ughhh...
- One thing I noticed is that I can carry more weights after Aidilfitri. Maximum I can carry for my Triceps is 5kgs(1.25kg x6) for 6 reps and 1.25 x4 =24 reps. Before that 2 kgs only for 6 reps(the heaviest rep).
- Muscle bertambah... lemak still there. I'm becoming Incredible Hulk soon(yes yes I know women can't bulk up, just metaphorically speaking hahaha). Uwaaaaaa... That's why I need to eat properly.
- Okay... now off to watch Coffee Prince... the yummy Gong Yoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Tue 5/10 Level 1 Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred
- It was fantastic! 27 minutes only for Level 1. My 1st JM workout ever.
- I was supposed to do cardio. Didn't know that JM's 30 Day Shred has a bit of weights.
- Quite of a challenge watching what I eat. Sabar... sabar...
Wed 6/10 Hamstrings(reps: 12, 10, 8, 6, 12x12)
- Lost 0.4kg's today after a long halt(almost 1 month)! I wonder if it's because of Jillian's workout or that I've jaga makan already for this week.
- Calves and quads needs rest. Hurts pretty badly, I'm practically waddling. Hebatlah Jilliain!
- Oh gawd the whole grain bread tastes like feet... endure endure >.<
Thu 7/10 Interval Cardio
- Lost another 0.3kgs. Ehem... I know I'm not supposed to weigh myself everyday but I'm so excited with my good behavior and relationship with fooooooood.
- Didn't do JM's workout because my calves are still aching. Managed to run though. I'm one happy girl!
Fri 8/10 Upper Body Training
- Going to JB today for a wedding and decided to exercise atas nasihat hubby.
- I think I'll be happier too when I tend to eat kenduri stuff at night but knowing that I've worked out today.
- Here's hoping that I'll be a good girl tonight. Choose your food wisely Sarah!!! Vege's + fruits + protein only. No starchy carbs PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
Sat 9/10 Bragging
- Lost another 0.4kgs. But too bad I'm still losing the weight after I gained it during Aidilfitri.
- Overall lost 0.7kgs!
