2010 Training Session 3 (Week 5)

I am seriously carbo sensitive or probably it's just the case of overeating :P. I have to watch exactly how much carbs goes into my mouth every single day. The amount is unpleasantly small. Thank goodness for eating 5 meals a day. Even a serving extra of rice makes me gain weight. Boring betuuuuul. But the good thing is that I do lose weight fast. It's just that I have to be discipline to the butt to lose weight.

Last week alone I lost 1.1kgs. Awesome! I hope I can be a good girl until I get my ideal weight. Usaha tangga kejayaan!!! 



Mon 11/10 Lower Body Workout
  • For my 6 reps I manage to carry 30 kgs. I used my old weight list. So far I think it would be nice to have a machine for calves exercises because it's so heavy on my arms but my calves still needs more weight. Probably it is time to use barbells to have proper balance.


Tue 12/10 Interval running


Wed 13/10 Plyometrics P90X 20 minutes
  • Yowza! Look at those muscles! Oksana Grishina being interviewed.
  • Plyo just tires you out to the max, maximizes your lungs and makes my heart beat wild. 30DS makes your muscles sore from my comparison lah. 
  • I don't go to supplement shops often. The only shop I go is EgoNutritions and now they have Body Fat Calipers!!! Check it OUT.


Thu 14/10 No workout :(
  • I'm a mother after all. My son was sick all night complaining about his stuffy nose, coughing endlessly and an ear infection. 
  • I seriously didn't have any sleep. The only sleep I had today was when my son napped at 1pm-4pm. That was a blessing! You need proper sleep la to exercise kan. Felt quite horrible today.
  • Also I've become nyanyuk lah. Wednesday was supposed to be upper body weight training and I did plyo. Adaka patutttt!!!!!!

Fri 15/10 Lower Body Workout
  • Ah.... I'm enjoying my weight loss with my newly healthy diet. Lost another 0.5kgs. I know I shouldn't weigh myself everyday but I can't stand it. 
  • Mind you, I'm not taking Herbalife this time. I'm basically eating more protein and healthy carbs. 
  • Willpower has to be kuat lah. Gila2 kuat. 
  • Overall lost 1.2kgs this week. Alhamdulillah.
