Day 137: Psyllium Husk
wujudnye snack itu, sbb lame sgt tunggu mknn sampai. hahhaha. bese mkn kul 5-6 ptg. tp arini org yg tukang beli dinner kuar lambat lak. lalu alas perut la kejap. tgn dah siap ketar2 dah. mak dgn bebudak pon same, alas perut gak. :))
downside mkn nasi kukus ayam dara, sayur mmg tade. tp sy tak risau sgt la.. sbb sy ade Psyllium Husk!! :P
nasi kukus kali ni, yg mahal punye dan portion besar.. 1 pack RM 6 mcmtu. so besenye 1 pack kongsi 2 org la.. sy kongsi dgn mak. kalo yg versi kelantan nasi kukus size kecik je, portion cukup utk sy mkn sorang.. murah dan sedap. harga RM 3.50 je. walaupon murah, ayam die sgt sedap. oh kuah dgn cili die pon sedap sgt! cili tu kalo ikutkan, nak curah je seme atas nasik. :D
