arini, officially abis 1st packet (250 g Psyllium Husk). so amik mase 129 hari jgk la nak abis, which is roughly about 129 x 2 = 259 servings. amazing tak? ehehe.

kalo ikut paket - refer link, ade 83 servings, itupon kalo amik 3 g atau 2 tspn sehari. awal2 dulu mmg sy amik 2 tspn, tp sbb tgk body fat % makin turun, sy pon kurangkan amik 1 tspn jek (ikut pd keadaan). tu yg tahan lame tu. ekeke. lgpon sy rase tak perlu la amik byk sgt, sbb sy mmg mkn sayur dan mknn2 lain yg berfibre pon. kalo ari yg mmg tade stok sayur, sy akan amik 2 tspn. kalo ari yg sy mkn byk sayur (dlm 1/2 plate each meal), sy amik 1 tspn jela.

byk plak mknn yg di share arini yerk? nasi kukus tu mmg sedap, kuah dgn sambal cili die perghh. bese nye sy mmg boleh mkn abis pon, lgpon nasi die mmg sket je dlm 1 bowl kecik gitu. bukan mcm nasi kukus bese. tp mummy dok tgk sy bese mkn nasi ciput je ari2, so dicurinye nasi sy dan dibg kat anak2 buah. wahaha. tp ok gak la. half way dok mkn tu.. rase kenyang la jgk. ayam byk lebih so mkn ratah jela, nasi dah abih dah.. :))

cendol tu plak.. sy mmg tak penah nak abih mkn cendol sorang2 (lgpon sejuk). so mmg harapkan sape2 kongsi atau prabihkan sisa sy. baru sy tau, ryan ni sebenarnye kalo die pg restoran wahab ni dgn ayah die, mmg ayah dia order 1 bowl cendol khas utk die mkn sorang2. padan la badan makin kus semangat. :-s
