nak bgtau korang. sblm pg buffet hi tea aritu, sy ade timbang diri dan siap measure bhgn waist. saje2 nak experiment. ehehe.

sy tak timbang plak lepas balik dr buffet tu, tak teringat plak. lgpon, sy tak make a habit timbang lepas mkn, to me mcm no point. dok pk nak ukur waist saje. kalo timbang dlm 57-59 kg kot.
