A: either one will do.
it doesn't matter what i think, bcoz it all comes down to u. if i'm the one who's taking the shakes, it should be my decision on when to take my normal meal. i know what is best for me, i know my body well. so i can't answer this question for u.. :P
what do u think? which mealtime should u eat normal meal? when are u most hungry? do you know what type of meal will u eat during those mealtimes? are they healthy choices? list them down.. and then make ur decision.
if u want to take normal meal for breakfast, and u're prone to choose unhealthy food like nasi lemak, roti canai.. etc. u should be taking HL shakes instead for breakfast. so basically, u need to know whether u're wise enough and choosing the best food during those mealtimes.
or.. u could try all 3 on different days.. and see the difference.. this is what i normally ask people to do.. just to know which menu is suitable for them.
1st day.. take normal meal during breakfast, lunch and dinner = shakes.
2nd day.. take normal meal during lunch, breakfast and dinner = shakes
3rd day.. take normal meal during dinner, breakfast and lunch = shakes.
u'll definitely feel the difference when switching normal meals like that...
in my case, i get pretty hungry at night, so i have to make sure, i eat something heavy during dinner, hence... normal meal will be during dinner. and shakes will be taken during breakfast + lunch.
