2010 Training Session 3 (Week 6)

Mon 18/10 Interval Running, Upper Body Workout
  • Interval cardio was pretty intense. 1 minute running, 1 minute sprint. Usually I do less sprinting than that. But it felt good afterwards.

Thu 21/10 JM's 30 Day Shred 
  • Missed 2 days workout. Boooo!
