A: hmm.. baru a week eh? don't u think its a bit to early to be disappointed?
1) have to be really patient
2) have to be consistent
3) cannot give up.. coz if u want results, u have to keep doing it..
ok i'll give u another simple workout. insyaallah kali ni jd. i did this during ramadhan. and in 1 month, i found out that my thighs were quite firm.. firmer than usual, besenye bhgn dpn je firm, blkg thighs tak se-firm. but now.. all around its firm. yg tinggal top inner thighs yg tinggal sket je.. wahaha. payah tul area tu. :))
since u did mention 'lepas raya'.. i'm assuming u're a muslim. i don't think non muslim will be using that term. hope my assumption were right so..
kenape kene muslim baru boleh buat workout ni? actually non muslim pon boleh, cume sbb workout ni ade dlm solat.. eheheh. sy buat mase ramadhan, so mase terawikh mmg buat la jgk. so my prayer would be more than other month.
kalo buat fardhu ade 5x je, ni tambah dgn terawikh 8x, and sunat sblm/slps solat lg.. so byk yg extra. sy ni rajin buat sunat sblm/slps solat mase ramadhan je. lepas ramadhan, err.. i dunno la.. i'm still trying to make it a habit. but smtimes u know lah.. tend to get lazy to do extras.. wahaha. :">
so there's 2 ways..
1) muslim: after every rakaat, u kene bgn semule kan? so bila nak bgn.. usually we push ourselves up using both hands. both hands letak kat lantai and push.. and automatically it'll easier to stand up rite? ok.. this time.. don't use ur hands. NO HANDS. your hands, letak atas peha or tepi peha.. and just use your leg muscle to push yourself up. since u're not going to use your hands, tade la bongkok2 dah. seolah2 spt.. dr position antara 2 sujud, trus bgn gitu. if u keep doing this.. for every prayer, fardhu, sunat.. etc.. ur leg muscles will get stronger and stronger.. and automatically, ur thighs will get firmer and firmer..
2) non muslim / muslim: well.. just the do same thing as #1, only it'll be an ordinary routine like everytime you want to get up from the floor or seating position.. don't use your hands to push yourself up. bila duduk atas kerusi, u nak bgn.. bgn trus. for some it'll be quite difficult if they don't use their hands. this would mean, they have really weak muscle legs (muscle kat perut pon akan gune jgk). kalo dok bersila/bersimpuh atas lantai.. same jgk.. push urself up without ur hands.
so do this consistently, patiently, don't give up.. and u will see results..
for this to be fair.. i have to share u my measurement.. :P
i blom measure lg.. sblm ni just based on pinching my thighs, taleh nak pinch besar2 dah.. hanya leh pitch kecik2.

for some... mungkin tgk result ni mcm.. huh? makin besar? hahaha. no no.. ade beza tau peha yg besar dan flabby, dgn peha yg besar tp firm/tone. when you sit down, peha u akan erm.. mcmmane nak ckp.. die mcm merebak.. die jd kempis. dr bulat die jd leper kan, sbb dah duduk punye pasal. kan? tp kalo firm thighs, it won't end up so leper bila dah duduk. bila leper tu.. maknanye lemak2 akan disperse ke seme arah.. patut bila duduk, gune space kecik je, tp sbb tak firm.. it will go out of the area you're suppose to sit.. so last2 u're using more space when u sit down if ur thighs are NOT firm/tone...
so yup.. itu la beza nye. kalo nak specific sket, kene gune kaedah calipers tu, tp sy tade calipers, utk check % fat kat thighs. sy pakai calipers jari tgn je. eheheh. which is why i mention td skang ni, dah taleh nak pinch besar2 dah.. hanya leh pitch kecik2. :D
the advantage of this workout, its a 2-in-1 thing. tak perlu do extra.. u won't be spending extra hours to do this workout. its a workout within ur solat.. or within ur normal routihe - standing up. hope this time it'll work for you.
