The Ugly Truth

I hate this picture so much! It's me and I'm fat and I don't know when I'm ever going to lose all the weight. Let this year be the year that I'm going to succeed healthily. The people who've been dieting with me a couple years before have already got their ideal weight. I nearly made it but I ballooned up again. Ugh. Such a failure!

This is a post where each time I feel down with little or no motivation anymore, I'll look at myself in that ugly photo and realize that I need to keep on going until I reach a healthy weight.
