Recommend Daily Intake (RDI)

Salam & Hi everybody..

Saya share benda ni utk korang tau LIMIT utk certain2 food/vitamin dan mineral. coz some of u mmg tatau. ade sesetgh org suke terime bulat satu2 perkara.. spt dlm kes khabar angin Herbalife can cause liver damage tu. kalo korang well-equipped dan well-informed, u won't be questioning me about those things, kan? HL shakes is not the only protein in the world. org lain yg dpt liver problem tu, ade jgk yg tak consume HL shakes langsung dan amik mknn yg biasa korang mkn ari2, so nak blame HL shakes jgk ke? so yeah.. bukak mate luas2.

kdg2 bende ni kesalahan sendiri. bukan kesalahan product atau mknn. sbb mknn tu tade nye nak melompat masuk mulut korang kan? korang yg control brp byk dan brp kerap korang mkn sesuatu mknn, so u control what happens to ur health. nak sakit ke nak sihat? u choose.

korang kene paham ye, kiteorg jd gemok sbb ape? salah mknn ke salah diri sendiri yg mkn byk atau tak jage mkn? pk bebetul. do u blame on other things, or u blame urself? kalo still nak blame bende lain, then.. that is clearly a form of in denial. :D

bwh ni summary je dulu. lepas2 ni, sy akan bg bbrp cth mknn dan limit nye. sbb kalo tade cth, mmg susah nak paham kan? :))
