4 Weeks More

I've got 4 more weeks until my big rest(16 April-for future reference). I may have dropped a size or two. The smaller training pants I bought in Kuantan that was just too small for me then(end of Jan 2011), I can now fit it. Before, it could just go through my thighs... can you believe it? I tried it before going to work today and was so happy I wanted to wear them to work!!

I'm still keeping up with my nutrition. Mostly I follow Jillians "slow oxidizer" food choices. More veges everyday, rice on alternate days(during barbell training days, 1 meal which is lunch). I can tell you that by talking about vege recipe's, I can drool.....

Hubby finished his 3 months routine and now just relaxing with swimming or jogging at the park on alternate days. Haih... best aku tengok. Jealous betul!

Aaaanyways, I have an urge to do rock climbing. I'll wait till I get more lighter then I'll bring hubby to One Utama and learn to rock climb. I want to go so bad lahhh. It's time to do some outdoor sports and not just carrying weights.
