arini nak cube kaedah consume Psyllium cara baru. amik on a empty stomach. 1st day try, effect nak ke toilet tu lebih cepat la.. ehehe. esok tgk mcmmane. nak buat at least selama sebulan.. nak tgk effect dia mcmmane. is it better or.. ?? we will see.
oh dan lg satu, nmpk tak dah 2 hari dah sy amik breakfast? ehehe. nak improve eating habits ni. sy 1 je payah.. mkn breakfast. wahhaha. tgk la selama mane sy boleh buat. esok nak try breakfast kul 10.30 am plak.
