saje2 nak try minum horlicks. belek blkg pack, 3 tbsp of horlicks (27g) = 100 calories. wow! really? pestu, fiber content pon tinggi la jgk, about 1g for each serving. so not bad la. anyway, sy tak letak pape yg extra. same mcm milo, tambah air aje. horlicks pon same.. tambah air aje. so kalo minum pon takat tambah 100 calories jela. bukannye mcm aku minum air lain. takat teamix tu.. brp la sgt calorienye. meh tgk kandungan terkini.

1/4 tspn of teamix + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1 tbspn of Apple Cider Vinegar + 300 ml warm water


1/4 tspn of teamix (0.43g) = 0.1 calories
1 tspn of Psyllium Husk (1.5g) = 6 calories
1 tbspn of Apple Cider Vinegar = 1.8 calories
300 ml warm water = 0 calories

TOTAL = 7.9 calories


7.9 calories still quite low. if drank twice a day, baru 15.8 calories for drinks. :D
