Food Change, Exercise More

The process of losing fat has slowed down a bit. I think I need to step up one notch. Although I know there's a lot of good nutrition in yolks but I'm going to avoid it almost entirely until I see some more results.

I love eggs. It's really cheap source of protein and has great amount of protein too. I've been having peanuts for in between snacks at the office. I'm so tired of this routine I think I'll buy Goobers Peanut Butter. Makan ngap mcm tu, telan... done! No munching, no more sakit tekak. Yes, my throat hurts a bit when I eat peanuts a lot. Benci!!!

Second thing is doing cardio. I've been neglecting that ever since I started work.. I only do it when I feel like it or during the weekends. Hmff! Jangan jadi pemalas labuuu.

My barbell squats 5 X 5 sudah mencecah 42kgs. Can't take it! Will be reducing 10% weight tomorrow.

Lastly, Unifi is in Sg. Penchala y'all! The technician said this is the FIRST house that receives Unifi in our area. Dunno how big the radius he meant by that. It took them 3 months to really install it in our house(4 hours installation). We applied it 3 months ago during my brother's convo in Putrajaya. I am so thankful that they have a port near our house. The first time they told us, the nearest was at tol Sg. Penchala. So now I can sit back and relaaax with my 500mbps file downloads wohohoho.

P/S: I remembered this saying "You gotta hate it to love it." Referring to exercise. Forgot where I heard it from but it's beautiful!
