My deadlift is nearing 50kg. Now it's 47kg. Hubby told me usually people(dudes) start deadlifting from 45kg. I was like... come on!!!!!! I'm a woman with a lot of FAT. I'll start from 10kgs first. That was like 8 weeks ago.
My squats is toned down a bit ... somewhere like 43kgs++. I NEED A BELT! My back hurts too but I try to keep it lower so that I don't hunch that much and it reduces the pain. Today I looked at my hands... I showed hubby and said to him... "Look tekupas2 dah my hands. Welcome to the club aye!" I told myself. Lol.
My chicken arms have reduced. Last time I checked it was 14.7 inch. Now it's 14.1 inch. Reduced within a month I think?
Hubby has changed gym to Chi Fitness. Nearer to home. Has a swimming pool too which he loves. He told me today he swam whilst listening to Dirty Bit by BEP while I was at work. Boohoo :P Since he's training barbells now too, he has asked his father to try out the gym. Yes, my father in law weight lifts too. He only has 15% fat. Jeles oh!! But in another gym which hubby used to frequent. It's so important for them to have training buddies because you just can't simply train by yourself when you angkat barbell. Even hubby still helps me train at home dengan kain sarung dia every alternative days. Kesian dia, he has to take a bath each time after training me huahuahuaaaaaa.
I have decided to eat chicken once more. It's just so hard to eat fish and to have to find it at the restaurant during work. My current fav restaurant is a Chinese Cafe. It's Halal don't worry. I've compared to all the other restaurants near my office. It serves the most HEALTHIEST dish. Stirfried veges... no santan just the way I like it. Even the chicken/meat/fish are cooked really simple. Reminds me of Sabahan cooking. All mild and no extra rempah ratus. I'm not sure lots of people like it but it's Heaven for me. I take LOADS of veges... half plate and some protein. I hated eating just veges and a lot of it at first. But if you set your mind to it... Like me, I want to become healthier, everything just follows suit. You would love it cause you convince yourself everyday... everyday that you love it until you do. Know what I mean?
Alrighty, you guys have a great weekend. This weekend we're going to Paya Indah Wetlands to have a family gathering. I hope I'll have some good shots of myself that I can later share it with you guys. Till then... Au revoir!!!
