erm. arini, tak sempat nak amik psyllium husk sblm meal, sbb rushing nak kuar pg Jusco, pestu Giant, pestu nak pick up Pika dr skolah. uhuk. breakfast pon tade arini. nmpknye, amik psyllium husk mase perut kosong / sblm meal, ni agak susah la.
sy switch balik la minum lepas meal. lgpon rasenye bdn sy lebih sesuai kalo mkn psyllium husk slps meal dr sblm meal/mase perut kosong. yg pasal breakfast plak, sy akan trus usahakan utk mkn pagi. :)
spek transition dah amik.. yippie! jakun giler. kuar je kat outdoors, dok dongak pandang langit, soh lens gelap cepat sket. nak test la. wahaha. tp mmg tak prasan la bende tu dah gelap ke ape. sbb dr pemandangan kite nmpk same aje, cerah je. cume mcm tak rase pedih la pandang atas. nak tau dah gelap ke blom, kene bukak spek atau soh org bgtau. "dah gelap ke?". wahaha. kalo lalu tepi kete/cermin, mesti nak pandang reflection diri sendiri, nak tgk spek dah gelap ke blom. wahaha. seriyes jakun dgn spek transition ni! :))
