wujudnye snack itu, sbb lame sgt tunggu mknn sampai. hahhaha. bese mkn kul 5-6 ptg. tp arini org yg tukang beli dinner kuar lambat lak. lalu alas perut la kejap. tgn dah siap ketar2 dah. mak dgn bebudak pon same, alas perut gak. :))
downside mkn nasi kukus ayam dara, sayur mmg tade. tp sy tak risau sgt la.. sbb sy ade Psyllium Husk!! :P
nasi kukus kali ni, yg mahal punye dan portion besar.. 1 pack RM 6 mcmtu. so besenye 1 pack kongsi 2 org la.. sy kongsi dgn mak. kalo yg versi kelantan nasi kukus size kecik je, portion cukup utk sy mkn sorang.. murah dan sedap. harga RM 3.50 je. walaupon murah, ayam die sgt sedap. oh kuah dgn cili die pon sedap sgt! cili tu kalo ikutkan, nak curah je seme atas nasik. :D

This question is from Wanda. She inspired me to make a research on Teamix. I have for a longest time wondered which ingredients in Teamix is making us urinate so frequently. So I did a little research and this is what I replied to her....Q: I don't like to drink tea coz.. normal tea will make my stomach gassy n uncomfortable... So, Teamix tu nnt ade side effects tak cam tu?
teamix is not ur typical tea. its a very special tea.. i'll explain more below..
in terms of gassiness.. it actually lessen the bloatness & gassiness.
thats what i notice after drinking teamix every single day..
dulu my tummy mmg buncit lah.. buncit air kot. eheh.
i pon ade problem gassy, sbb sy jenis yg taleh nak burp.
but thanks to teamix, i don't feel gassy anymore..
normal tea makes u uncomfortable? in what way?
1 thing teamix will do is.. makes ur bladder more active.
so ulang alik toilet utk buang air tu.. its one of the recovery reaction bile amik teamix..
tp tak seme org yg akan rase constant urination ni.
it depends on ur water level. kalo dah normal, u won't face this problem.
sy dulu..
mase awal2 amik teamix mmg kerap. every 10 minutes.
makin lame.. makin jauh la jarak nye.. every 20 minutes..
once an hour.. twice in 3 hours.. once in 3 hours etc..
kerap pee tu, reaction dr teamix.
teamix ade ingredients yg akan meng-activekan bladder u....
Green Tea Extract (Camellia sinensis) – rich in polyphenol antioxidant nutrients; contributes to a general feeling of well-being. contains one third of the amount of caffeine per cup as compared to coffee.
Malva Sylvestris Extract – helps soothe the digestive system, acts as a emollient, demulcent and diuretic
Cardamon Extract – helps the digestive function
Lemon Peel Extract – rich in bio-flavinoids....
so bile dah telan teamix, it will start working.
ur bladder can only sustain about 1.5 litres at a time. terbace/terdgr from somewhere.
so bile dah nak hampir2 penuh, baru u will feel the urge nak pee.
tp with teamix, blom penuh, u akan rase nak pee. this happens becoz of Malva Sylvestris Extract & Lemon Peel Extract acts as diuretic.
* Diuretic is any drug that elevates the rate of urination and thus provides a means of forced diuresis.
teamix ni bukan takat buang air dr bladder je, tp amik skali air2 from parts of ur body.
bese org montel2 ni muke/bdn nmpak mcm swollen/sembab dgn air kan?
gebu semcm je. so teamix akan get rid of that extra water.
cube u try TAK amik teamix. air u consume mcm bese. u will feel the difference.
u won't feel like peeing that much. bile bebetul penuh, baru terase nak pg. :D
so if u tamo ganggu time keje, then, don't drink teamix during working hours.
sampai rumah baru u minum.. ini up to u la nak minum bile. ikut keselesaan u.but if u nak result cepat.. then consume 1 mug of teamix after each meal and shakes..
sy dulu.. ni sblm HL, mmg ade masalah.. bile buang air, rase tak puas. mcm masih ade je.
perut masih kembung dgn air. tp tamo kuar dah.
but with the help of teamix, bile dah pee, mmg terase la bebetul kosong tangki bladder tu.
sy dulu masalah incontinence gak. bile bersin ter-pee. bladder tak cukup strong.. :-s
tp now dah ok.. sbb ingredients dlm teamix tu ade yg help urinary tract infection.
so kudos again to teamix..
kekerapan pg buang air tu.. akan berkurangan. it won't last forever. u will not keep on peeing that frequent. sbb awal2 ni, teamix tgh buang toxins, buang extra water.. dan balancekan amount of water dlm bdn u. either if it is too low in water.. or too much.. so bile dah normal amount dlm body. paling kerap pon.. dlm 1-2 kali buang air dlm 3-4 jam.
kite tamo la cume 1-2 kali je pg buang air dlm 1 hari. tak elok tu.
kurang sgt buang air pon tak elok. takpon tak buang air langsung.
minum byk.. tak kencing2. same la jugak.. mkn byk.. tp tak membuang.
stuck kat dlm tu. tamo kuar-kuar.. :-s
selain tu.. u will sweat alot..
1 mug of hot teamix = 20 minutes of workout
u will feel more energise/alert..
it will cleanse/detox ur body.. etc..

yg seconds hanya meringue dan sashimi. 1st time aku try meringue ni. aku dah lame nak try mkn macaroons, meringue ni same la, cume tak kapit dan tade isi tgh. so since payah nak jumpe dan jg mahal, itu pasal aku amik lebih. sedap dan manis. mcm kuih bangkit la, tp err.. tak berdebu. die cair dlm mulut. nyum nyum. patut aku tapau bawak balik umah. apesal aku tak terpk? T_T

start minggu ni, Baby Aleesya dah start tido mengiring. dan die suke tido sambil peluk kaki org. kite yg dah tau habit die ni, saje2 la dok sebelah die. trus die mengiring hadap aku, dan peluk peha aku. tak lame lepas tu die tido. wahaha. cute sih. aku takkan la nak dok lame gitu kan, kebas la kaki. so aku replace la kaki aku dgn bantal (refer pic). ekekek. geram! bila die sedar, die nmpk kaki aku dah tade.. ade bantal je, die pon ape lg, marahla. beza la kot, bantal tak best sbb tak warm. ekeke. :P
roti yg sedap hanya tinggal 2 keping je, laju betul roti abis, tak sempat aku nak mkn. ternampk ade pisang. so buat la Elvis's Peanut Butter Banana Bread. kalo korang tgk, timing antara breakfast dgn lunch tu tade la jauh mane pon. sbb aku dok tunggu mummy balik, dgn mknn. wahhaa. so sambil2 tunggu buat la 'snack' sket. beza aku punye roti ni, aku letak nutella dan honey. lg satu, aku tak masak dgn butter, aku fry kering je. :P

A: either one will do.
it doesn't matter what i think, bcoz it all comes down to u. if i'm the one who's taking the shakes, it should be my decision on when to take my normal meal. i know what is best for me, i know my body well. so i can't answer this question for u.. :P
what do u think? which mealtime should u eat normal meal? when are u most hungry? do you know what type of meal will u eat during those mealtimes? are they healthy choices? list them down.. and then make ur decision.
if u want to take normal meal for breakfast, and u're prone to choose unhealthy food like nasi lemak, roti canai.. etc. u should be taking HL shakes instead for breakfast. so basically, u need to know whether u're wise enough and choosing the best food during those mealtimes.
or.. u could try all 3 on different days.. and see the difference.. this is what i normally ask people to do.. just to know which menu is suitable for them.
1st day.. take normal meal during breakfast, lunch and dinner = shakes.
2nd day.. take normal meal during lunch, breakfast and dinner = shakes
3rd day.. take normal meal during dinner, breakfast and lunch = shakes.
u'll definitely feel the difference when switching normal meals like that...
in my case, i get pretty hungry at night, so i have to make sure, i eat something heavy during dinner, hence... normal meal will be during dinner. and shakes will be taken during breakfast + lunch.

arini, officially abis 1st packet (250 g Psyllium Husk). so amik mase 129 hari jgk la nak abis, which is roughly about 129 x 2 = 259 servings. amazing tak? ehehe.
kalo ikut paket - refer link, ade 83 servings, itupon kalo amik 3 g atau 2 tspn sehari. awal2 dulu mmg sy amik 2 tspn, tp sbb tgk body fat % makin turun, sy pon kurangkan amik 1 tspn jek (ikut pd keadaan). tu yg tahan lame tu. ekeke. lgpon sy rase tak perlu la amik byk sgt, sbb sy mmg mkn sayur dan mknn2 lain yg berfibre pon. kalo ari yg mmg tade stok sayur, sy akan amik 2 tspn. kalo ari yg sy mkn byk sayur (dlm 1/2 plate each meal), sy amik 1 tspn jela.
byk plak mknn yg di share arini yerk? nasi kukus tu mmg sedap, kuah dgn sambal cili die perghh. bese nye sy mmg boleh mkn abis pon, lgpon nasi die mmg sket je dlm 1 bowl kecik gitu. bukan mcm nasi kukus bese. tp mummy dok tgk sy bese mkn nasi ciput je ari2, so dicurinye nasi sy dan dibg kat anak2 buah. wahaha. tp ok gak la. half way dok mkn tu.. rase kenyang la jgk. ayam byk lebih so mkn ratah jela, nasi dah abih dah.. :))
cendol tu plak.. sy mmg tak penah nak abih mkn cendol sorang2 (lgpon sejuk). so mmg harapkan sape2 kongsi atau prabihkan sisa sy. baru sy tau, ryan ni sebenarnye kalo die pg restoran wahab ni dgn ayah die, mmg ayah dia order 1 bowl cendol khas utk die mkn sorang2. padan la badan makin kus semangat. :-s

nutella tu dah lame dah beli, tp tak mkn2 lg sbb tade roti. arini dah beli roti, so try la sekeping. tp roti plak tak sedap. uhuk. tade roti gardenia / high 5, yg ade.. roti dr Fresh Target Sdn Bhd, kononnye 'fresh bread' tp.. hampeh! harga mahal je, RM 2.60. bayangkan mahal tp tak sedap. roti die, payah nak explain. kering, nipis, tak gebu langsung, rase pon.. hmm.. bau pon. hmm. mmg TAK ENAK dimakan begitu saje. :))
btw, teamix... bukak botol baru arini. bookmark!

ok ini yg full photo BEFORE..^The one on the left....So today, I did a photoshoot wearing the same baju kurung. However I did not wear the same tudung. I was quite lazy to be bothered with pins and brooches. So I just wore tudung instant instead.Actually, I already took a few photos of myself wearing the same baju kurung 4 days ago, but it was erm.. not so nice, it was blurry and the lighting was quite bad. It was already quite dark. So this time, I did the photoshoot when the sun is still shining bright. :PDon't worry, I will include the blurry photos as well. There were not many to choose from. :PWe start with the photo taken 4 days ago. I was wearing the exact same tudung. :PPhoto above: to show how big the baju kurung had become. The shoulder pads was drooping off my shoulders. It has been 5 years since I last wore that baju kurung. :))^I'm liking the photo on the right. I look kind of cute! :))
Photo above: I used a few pins to alter the oversized baju kurung. Even put pins to pull the shoulders together, the pads no longer droop off my shoulders. Now it looks as if the oversized baju kurung fits me perfectly! :PNext, photos taken today!Today, I actually used the tripod to take photos. As you can see, its super bright. I got too much sunlight. :PAnyway, the point of using tripod is to snap full body shots (except my head of coz, wasn't wearing any tudung at the time)....Remember this photo?^The one on the left.It was 2005, and I was wearing the same baju kurung and tudung on my graduation day.so.. I reenact the same pose.. the 45° side pose. There was no vending machine, so I just had to imagine. I think I did not just reenact the side pose, but I was over thinking it and even reenact the posture (hunchback of notredame) when I was chubbier, hence I looked like my slouching quite a bit, like nenek kebayan. :-s^Pls click to see actual size of photoI look quite big from the side, that baju kurung was extremely BIG!!
