Happy Eid Mubarak, Minal 'Aidin Wal Faizin. I have been in Georgetown(staying at Sunway Hotel... the only hotel that was available)-Bukit Mertajam(Jln Tanah Liat) from 8-12 September for the blessed day. The two days of fasting was okay. I didn't quite over eat. 10-12 of September I did over eat as expected. I loved the dodol, nasi himpit and kuah kacang
Whatever it is, this week I'll start exercising. I think I can only do 10 weeks this session. In the middle of the 10th week I'll be having a looooong vacation(4 weeks, I think) at my hometown(Sabah). Unless I buy that rubber puller thingy and do some P90X workouts through my laptop but I've already laid out plans for my once a year trip to KK. Friends to meet, families to visit, majlis to attend to and places to visit. Busy busy busy!
My best schoolmate is getting married on December. I wonder whether I can slim down a LOT by then. I'm happy if I can be 60kgs in December... KONON!!! Crazy job lah mau kurus cepat. Just to impress old schoolmates. Yalah, I used to be 45kgs until the year 2000 ba. Then got fat when I met my hubby then boyfriend after being together for 2 years. After I got a baby lagi la Gumuks. Jadi.. bila la mau 45kg ni.... :P
Btw, after Aidilfitri, my pants are still loose like it was during Ramadhan. I think it's official... I am now a size 11. But I don't see any pants of size 11. Usually they sell 2 size lower. I'm no longer a size 12. Alhamdulillah. I'll just wear the size 12 until I really fit into my size 10 jeans. Don't play play, I've already bought it a long time ago! I'll just try to remember how I found out that size 10 is no longer a plus size. Is that enough motivation for me for 10 weeks?
Happy weight training to me! A good enough excuse for not being able to eat a lot of oily food. Dear God please give me strength.
