- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/2 pc of rendang ayam (same one from breakfast. arghh!)
- 1 pc of ayam goreng rempah
- 1/4 plate of sayur dalca
1/4 tspn of teamix + 1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 250 warm water
500 ml H²0 (warm)

IN BETWEEN

DINNER: AT HOME
@ 8.37 pm
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 2 pcs of ikan masam manis
- 2 small pcs of ayam goreng rempah
- 1/4 plate of sayur dalca
1/4 tspn of teamix + 1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 500 warm water
500 ml H²0 (warm)

Day 105: Psyllium Husk

kenapa tiap kali aku mkn rendang buatan X, mesti sakit perut? malang ke ape ni? wahahahaa.. tak kisah la. arini body aku mendetoxkan diri. :P

arini kenduri akikah aleesya reyhana. spt bese, bdn aku sakit.. sbb lame sgt berdiri.. pestu byk sgt ke hulur ke hilir. pestu aku prasan, kaki aku cramp agak teruk. sampai ke tgn pon nak cramp skali. hmm. kurang garam ke ape tah? :-s
