Summary for this training: I have to lose more than my friend until my session ends to avoid kena belanja at an expensive restaurant during my 4 weeks stay at Sabah. But the unique thing is that my friend is not trying to lose weight. She's trying to gain weight. Who ever has the biggest number wins. Game on. Lets kick som BUTTTSSS!!!
Lighter training this week. More cardio to come next week. More restriction on carbs within 10 weeks. I will try my best. I can't wait to be fit and slim.
