2010 Training Session 3 (Week 2)

Currently been feeling slightly crappy. The two dudes in my house(son and hubs) are sick since last week, ever since we got back from Melaka. I usually get whatever their getting LAST.

Mon 20/9 - Interval Running 17 mins, Calves, Quads, Hams Training - Done
  • This day I was soooo psyched(bersemangat) to start my daily cardio again but come Tuesday I felt so weak. Boohoo :P. What a setback! Dugaan....
Tue 21/9 - Not feeling well :(


Wed 22/9 - Shoulders - Done
  • My 12, 10, 8 reps are getting too easy! Going to add more 10 reps in my training. 
  • Shameful really for doing 3 shoulder exercises today and no cardio. I still feel a bit crappy and my hamstrings are still sore due to not doing any legs exercises in a looong time. 
Thu 23/9 - Chest, Biceps - Done

Fri 24/9 - Fening fening la today. Sabar jak la. :(
  • Keluarga virus batuk and flu has has decided to take a vacation in my lungs and throat and nose :P
  • Feeling slightly unwell again. I hope I will feel better this coming evening. 
  • I pray that I can run again next week, InsyaAllah!


Sat 25/9
  • Just saw this ad in Facebook: Fitness Freaks Malaysia. The first 2 people who writes at their wall at 1st Oct 2010 will win RM800 revolutionary product... so what are they going to reveal ??? Buat saspen org jak.
  • I like exercising although still BERLEMAK but I still don't call myself a fitness freak... just yet ;P although I would like to be a fitness freak one of these days.
