2010 Training Session 3 (Week 3)

OH MY GOSH.............. I'm dead BORED with my current routine. It really didn't hit me but today I am feeling quite sick and tired of doing the same routine again. Terasa mau muntah jak memikirkan. My reps of 12/10/8, 3 exercises per muscle is too easy for me. Adding reps also won't do. I need a new workout completely. I just got to know that my close friend is doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day workout. Probably I should try that? Maybe I should try P90X? Will try and figure it out later. But I do like hardcore workouts, the ones that makes you sleep soo good during the night. Then I'll get the satisfaction I need from my workouts. If not I feel like mau sepak jak dinding tu sebab buat  exercise lembik/ringan gilak. A feeling like I can do better than this but I didn't.

Anyways, I'll be doing my normal routine until I figure out what I'm going to do next. Stay tuned!

Wed 29/9/2010 - Running 30 mins

  • It's time for me to take control of my eating since my workout is now stable. Emotionally stable. I like exercising already. So, it's no problem that I'll workout till the day I die. InsyaAllah. Only that I haven't been that serious to control my eating habits. I'm still a gluton!! I haven't followed the body building eating rules to the T. I'm now going to try my best so that my weight loss will be faster and permanent. Need to have a strong willpower and dedication this time around!
  • Will only consume concentrated starchy carbs ( brown rice/pasta/potatoes) latest by lunch.
  • Will eat fibrous carbs vege's/salads and fruits during night, along side protein I mean.
  • This time, CHEAT DAY MEANS CHEAT DAY!!! 1 cheat day per week.
Thu 30/9/2010 - Calves(1 muscle exercise), Hamstrings(2 muscle exercises), Quads(2 muscle exercises)
  • Reading about supersets.
  • Found a Jillian DVD called Shred It with Weights. Looks like she's using a kettlebell. Interesting!! You can watch clips from the DVD here.
  • Off topic: went to see snakes in the afternoon with son and hubs. Muzium panas, teda aircond. I was sweating and running around chasing my son. 
Fri 1/10/10 - Interval Cardio 17mins
  • Going to start on my old regime 1 day upper body only, then cardio then lower body. 
  • Each muscle will have reps like: 12, 10, 8, 6, 12, 12. 12x12 tu macam buat 24 reps terus non-stop. Asalnya mmg mcm gitu... but usually after 12 kena stop kejap. :P
Sat 2/10/10
  • My son is sick for the second time. Second wave. 2 weeks apart. Batuk selsema balik!!! Today, my head really hurts baaaadly. Rasa mau demam. Oh virus dari manakah kau dataaaang.
  • Having dinner at Kanki(One Utama old wing, hubby is buds with the owner) before it closes at 12 October.
