UPON WAKING UP

BREAKFAST: AT CIK LAH'S HOUSE

- 3 sticks of chicken satay
- kuah kuzi eaten with 2 pcs of roti jala
1/4 tspn of teamix + 1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 250 warm water
750 ml H²0 (warm)

8.30 am: solat sunat aidilfitri

OPEN HOUSE: 1st BATCH (10 am to 1 pm)
House #1 @ Cik Gee
- 2 small pcs of kebab arab
- 1/4 slice of roti canai with kuah dhal
- 1/2 cup of air cincau selasih and longan
- 500 ml H²0
House #2 @ Auntie Zaiton
- 1/4 bowl of lontong without sambal (around 5 cubes of nasi impit)
- 1 scp of kacang pol eaten with 1 slice of bread
- 1 cup of kordial drink
House #3 @ Mok Sejah
- less than 1/4 plate of nasi beriyani (?)
- 1 small pc of chicken
- sambal cili
- paceri nenas
- 1 pc of tart cookie
- 1 cup of kordial drink

- 1 pc of caramel ball biscuit (mcm ferrero rocher tp buatan sendiri)

House #5 @ Rumah Uncle Amin & Auntie Aminah
- less than 1/4 plate of rice
- 1 small pc of chicken
- sambal cili
- dalca
- 1 cup of hot tea
House #6 @ Rumah Jiran Roti Jala (lupe name tuan umah)
- 1/4 bowl of laksa penang
- 1/4 pc of homemade seri muka
- 2 cups of hot sweet tea (tea paling sedap dlm dunia!)

IN BETWEEN: AT CIK LAH'S HOUSE
- 1 cup of custard pudding (wahahaha)
- 250 ml H²0

3 to 4 pm: krroohhzzz
5.00 pm: daddy arrive from airport
6.00 pm: bertolak ke rumah Cik Mah

OPEN HOUSE: 3rd BATCH (6 pm to 7 pm)
House #7 @ Cik Mah
- 1/4 plate of makaroni sup
- 1/2 cup of custard pudding
- 1 tbspn of pulut kuning and rendang
- 1/4 pc of kek berkastard
- 500 ml H²0

7.00 pm: bertolak ke Kusial Bharu (grandma's house)
7 to 8 pm: krrooohhzzz in the car
8.15 pm: arrive Kusial Bharu

SUPPER: AT GRANDMA'S HOUSE
@ 8.30 pm
- less than 1/4 plate of rice
- 1 pc of chicken
- 1 pc of tulang rusuk with a little bit of isi
- 3 slices of kek lapis blueberry
1/4 tspn of teamix + 1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 250 warm water
250 ml H²0 (warm)

Day 90: Psyllium Husk

amik serba sket la. nak rase. ade bende yg dah try, aku tak amiklah. melainkan bende tu mmg berkenan dihati, aku amik la berkali2. max 3 times la, tp besenye stakat 2 kali je. wahahhaa.

rumah tu, kalo aku lupe name tuan umah nye, aku dah adik bradik mmg ade bg name gelaran utk setiap rumah. kalo gelaran mmg tak lupe la. name ni susah sket nak ingat, sbb seme nye name panggilan. bukan name penuh pon. so pendek2, ujung2 je.. mane la nak ingat. uhuk. ade kisah disebalik setiap name2 gelaran utk setiap umah tu. tayah la aku citer. :P

ohoo.. nyaris2 aku terlupe. lepas balik 2nd batch open house tu, sambil2 tunggu giliran aku utk ke toilet, aku buat workout. dlm bilik yg aku tumpang tu ade 1 exercise bicycle, yg boleh kire pulse, calories burnt, distance, timer.. dan mcm2 la. so aku kayuh2, sampai la burnt 250 calories. nak burn dlm 100 pon amik mase dlm 10 minit aku berkayuh. so 25 minit la roughly utk burn 250 calories. aku buat yg 10 minute dulu, masuk toilet.. pestu sambung lg 15 minit. ehehe.
