OH MY GOSH.............. I'm dead BORED with my current routine. It really didn't hit me but today I am feeling quite sick and tired of doing the same routine again. Terasa mau muntah jak memikirkan. My reps of 12/10/8, 3 exercises per muscle is too easy for me. Adding reps also won't do. I need a new workout completely. I just got to know that my close friend is doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day workout. Probably I should try that? Maybe I should try P90X? Will try and figure it out later. But I do like hardcore workouts, the ones that makes you sleep soo good during the night. Then I'll get the satisfaction I need from my workouts. If not I feel like mau sepak jak dinding tu sebab buat  exercise lembik/ringan gilak. A feeling like I can do better than this but I didn't.

Anyways, I'll be doing my normal routine until I figure out what I'm going to do next. Stay tuned!

Wed 29/9/2010 - Running 30 mins

  • It's time for me to take control of my eating since my workout is now stable. Emotionally stable. I like exercising already. So, it's no problem that I'll workout till the day I die. InsyaAllah. Only that I haven't been that serious to control my eating habits. I'm still a gluton!! I haven't followed the body building eating rules to the T. I'm now going to try my best so that my weight loss will be faster and permanent. Need to have a strong willpower and dedication this time around!
  • Will only consume concentrated starchy carbs ( brown rice/pasta/potatoes) latest by lunch.
  • Will eat fibrous carbs vege's/salads and fruits during night, along side protein I mean.
  • This time, CHEAT DAY MEANS CHEAT DAY!!! 1 cheat day per week.
Thu 30/9/2010 - Calves(1 muscle exercise), Hamstrings(2 muscle exercises), Quads(2 muscle exercises)
  • Reading about supersets.
  • Found a Jillian DVD called Shred It with Weights. Looks like she's using a kettlebell. Interesting!! You can watch clips from the DVD here.
  • Off topic: went to see snakes in the afternoon with son and hubs. Muzium panas, teda aircond. I was sweating and running around chasing my son.

  • Going to start on my old regime 1 day upper body only, then cardio then lower body. 
  • Each muscle will have reps like: 12, 10, 8, 6, 12, 12. 12x12 tu macam buat 24 reps terus non-stop. Asalnya mmg mcm gitu... but usually after 12 kena stop kejap. :P

  • My son is sick for the second time. Second wave. 2 weeks apart. Batuk selsema balik!!! Today, my head really hurts baaaadly. Rasa mau demam. Oh virus dari manakah kau dataaaang.

    Getting a Bit Better!

    Ugh... I haven't been sick(feverish) for years! Probably 2 years or 3. I can tell you that Alhamdulillah, Allah has graced me with a good immunization although I'm still half way to being fit. Usually if I have flu, it will be 2 days max and most of the time I just drink your normal over the counter cough syrup and my sore throat will be gone. Hence it's pretty rare that I cough and have fevers too, Alhamdulillah.

    This current flu has made me feel feverish(but not full fever, only that my eyes are dry and hurt...sniff sniff) on and off and just not being strong enough to do my best at exercising. 

    Ya Allah... tabahkanlah hambaMu ini dengan dugaan yang telah datang. Amin.

    Penang - Avoid waterfalls from now on until further notice

    GEORGE TOWN: The state has banned water activities in three parks after two ponds at the Bukit Panchor State Park in Nibong Tebal tested positive for the leptospirosis bacteria.

    Besides the Bukit Panchor State Park, state executive councillor Phee Boon Poh said other parks with ponds cordoned off since Saturday were the Taman Rimba forest reserve in Teluk Bahang and the Bukit Mertajam Forestry Park in Cherok Tok Kun.

    Phee, who is State Health, Welfare, Caring Society and Environment Committee chairman, said that water activities at the three areas were shut down after the disease claimed its second victim in Kedah the same day.

    He said another three ponds in the Bukit Panchor State Park tested negative for the bacteria.

    "The samples from all ponds in the three parks were sent a month ago to a laboratory in Sungai Buloh. So far, I have only received the water samples' reports from Bukit Panchor," he said in an interview.

    However, Phee said there had been no cases of people contracting the bacteria.

    "We have also issued an order to all national service camps in the state to stay away from water activities," he added. It was reported yesterday that a 17-year-old-boy had become the second victim in Kedah to die from leptospirosis.

    Symptoms of leptospirosis, which is present in rat urine, can range from flu-like illness to meningitis, kidney failure, jaundice and bleeding in the lungs.

    Currently been feeling slightly crappy. The two dudes in my house(son and hubs) are sick since last week, ever since we got back from Melaka. I usually get whatever their getting LAST.

    • This day I was soooo psyched(bersemangat) to start my daily cardio again but come Tuesday I felt so weak. Boohoo :P. What a setback! Dugaan....

    • My 12, 10, 8 reps are getting too easy! Going to add more 10 reps in my training. 
    • Shameful really for doing 3 shoulder exercises today and no cardio. I still feel a bit crappy and my hamstrings are still sore due to not doing any legs exercises in a looong time. 
    Thu 23/9 - Chest, Biceps - Done

    Fri 24/9 - Fening fening la today. Sabar jak la. :(
    • Keluarga virus batuk and flu has has decided to take a vacation in my lungs and throat and nose :P
    • Feeling slightly unwell again. I hope I will feel better this coming evening.

    Setelah sekian lama asyik g param Bayan Baru masa bulan posa ariktuh, ini 1st time selepas raya aku jejak pasar malam Bukit Gedong ahehehe. kembali ke 'daratan'... tepung talam tuh besenyer sedap. aku siap beli 2 lagik... yg fav kaler hijau, yg tak berapa fav kaler itam. sekali yg hijau buat hal pulak hariknik, xcedap :(... so akukuciwa sebab makan 1 pc ajer... yg hitam tuh sedap elok...mmm...

    Niat nak posa 6 [start posa 6] esok... moga di izinkan ALLAH... Amin...

    ermmm... akibat terlalu lama tak update + gambo pun xsnap ahehehe [i miss my n73] so aku sudah hilang ingatan aper yg aku belasah makan for the past 2-3 days nih... mmm... aku update tarikh dengan red flag ajer boleh tak? di ampunkan tak? ahehehe...

    Kesimpulannya, semua hari adalah hari2 'merah' sbb penuh 3 menu with additional kuih raya in between...

    citer psl raya, nih aku update, mak masak aper yer... mak masak tau, bukan aku masak, aku tukang karut jer kat dapor wahahah!!!

    Day 1: xbuat gapoh, sebab lemang dengan ketupat banyak giler + ayam masak merah pun ada. so makan itu jelah seharian ahehehe...

    Day 3: mee udang [tapi aku tak sempat makan rasanyer...]

    Day 5: mee udang [jeng jeng jeng, akhirnya dapat makan... nyum nyum nyum...]

    erkk... hari2 lain sudah tak ingat lah bebeh... :P, plus aku dah balik Bukit Gedong but rarely online ahehehe... bukan xder depan pc,... aku ader tp mood nak menaip tak menjelma pulak [gara2 raya kah? wahahahah!!!]... xder lah... aku ader ajer nih... nanti mood dah kembali, aku type balik lah nih.

Nih bukan habit bergambar. nih habit bila dok kat meja makan :-s. sebelom makan tgn atas meja, masa makan tangan wajib atas meja [sehingga menggangu orang yg makan di sebelah lah dek ke-kuak-an tangan haku semasa makan - tapi kalo di tegur soh turunkan tangan bawah meja, aku turunkan :), aku ok ajer... aheheeh], lepas makan pun tangan masih atas meja.
