How is everyone doing so far on the Cooler 1 Challenge that I mentioned on Friday?I'm going to give you a peak at what I'll be eating every day for the next 2 weeks (and 2 weeks only). My meals won't vary much at all because this is very tight eating. I will also post a new meal each day (hopefully) with a picture for some added interest.It's hard to eat this strictly... but we can do it!!Come on
