1/2 bowl cereal: Familia Choco Crunch + oat + low fat milk
I plan to have Cappu tonite but accidently ter-pour cereal into bowl. Once add with low fat milk then I realized... alamakkk :-s... mmm, esok lah cuba lagik. Tabiat! Dan terbiasa makan biasa, lupa nak shakes :P

Erk, mood workout is not coming back, cemana nih? :-s. Again! Plan to have my 200 homemade Spartan workout [malam nih konon nak buat 20 reps] tapi tak larat lah pulak.. errkk... esok ker?
