Another succesfully Spartan workout today! This workout really kill my back, hamstring and not to mention my butt is still hurt huhuhu... now I dunno if it's because of the cuci toilet thing or the spartan workout :-s.

Remeber we always been ask to wacth what we eat. But did you wacth what u drink? Aha!!! We thought by looking what we eat, we already control the portion. Yes and No!
Yes because we already wacth our portion plate. No because we forgot to wacth what we drink with it :D.

Now let's see coffee brand.

Most of us will drink 2 times from the serving size. Imagine how many cal you actualy put in your tummy together with your meal. That's why the best drink to have after meal is plain water. Definately at 0 cal no matter how much you take it.
Lets put it this way. Imagine our white rice cooked is equivalent at about 230~250 cal per cup/serving. If you choose to have coke or pepsi with it, u actually double your rice in your portion. You are not yet count ur protien and your fibre in the menu. End up... that's where the extra cal sneaking around the plate because you are the one who invite them in. So be very extra carefull.
Look at the tea and coffee cal. Both are antioxidants but what make tea more choiceble from coffee is the cal. Anyway, it's your call :D. I love coffee. Once in a while I will take my time and really enjoy the taste of the great coffee nyum nyum nyum... but most of the time, I'll make sure I have my tea back. From now on, wacth what you eat AND wacth what your drink too. Who knows, your drink is the hidden culprit that make ur weight stag. We'll never know. There is no right or wrong to drink accordingly to your craving. Sometimes... yes! You can treat your self... and enjoy your drink. But if you really in the serious diet mood and want to get the great result, you might want to consider to look at this :D
