Herbalife Week 43
On Saturday I found a weighing machine at Giant Kota Damansara. I was so excited but when I put then 20sen kan, the syiling didn't accepted it. Punya lah frust!!
Also I think since I've finished half way of this exercise on 5 days training out of 6 days every week, I might as well go through it 5 days only. I don't want to paksa myself and also be in denial. This is my new workout routine (Week 7 - Week 12):
Monday Cardio
Tuesday Weight train
Wednesday Cardio
Thursday Weight train
Friday Cardio
Sat & Sun No workout yippie!!!
Workout Missed
Sunday.
Cheat Day.
Ate roasted duck with rice for lunch at Homst Kota Damansara.
