Choc shakes: 2F1+250ml coffee milk
400ml plain water

1 slice of nenas

1L mineral water
Nenas lupa snap pulak, aku lapo ker? Dah 2 buah dah nih...
9:00pm dinner
1 + 1/2 wholemeal bread toasted with garlic butter spread
1 fried chicken
1 spoon beans
1 BIG cup of ice cream [erkk, sin! :-s]
Trust me, it's a BIG cup! I know lah.. aku makan :((. 1/2 lagik wholemeal bread tengah geget semasa gambo di ambil so xnampak lah kat sinik :P. tuh actually part yg hujung roti tuh, cicitoet jer, alang2 tinggal, haku toasted-kan sekalik. Ice cream pulak lupa snap sebab makan dengan penuh nikmat dan tawaduk. Kepuasanku jelas terpancar dimuka wahahaha >:)

Ermm, 2 shakes + 1 normal meals + 2 fruits + 1 unhealthy food... erk! kuningkah hariknik? Ada balance 2 buah lagik dalam feezer. Each slice of honeydew and watermelon. Nasib haku tak makan semua. Apasal asyik nak makan buah nih?... sabar2!
