WT Week 5

Herbalife Week 42

My periods finally came! I am relieved although somewhere in me I wished that I was pregnant. Sedikit masa lagi, InsyaAllah... Anyways I tried my best to workout last week with stomach cramps but in the end, I exchanged 1 weight training day to a cardio day.

No batteries bought yet. Boohoo :(

Workout Missed

Sunday.
Spent half a day walking up and down KL Bird Park and then went to the Deer Park. Too much cardio done. Slept at 9pm, like a baby lol.

Wednesday. Replaced Upper body workout with cardio. Malas or stomach discomfort? :P

Cheat Day
Ate nasi lemak yg taste dia sungguh bidakkkkkkkkkkkkkk(ugly)
