This is me in 2007. Right after I had my son I was about 90++kgs overweight. Weighing machine is not my best friend back then. Nor it's my best friend now lol. Gemuk ba dulu2... punya main bidak(ugly). I was wearing a jubah in that picture and it was so incredibly tight. You can also see from the photo.
This is me now, 11 months of using Herbalife(Started on 11 January 2009). I admit I have my ups and downs. I still don't know how much I weigh now, insyaAllah I'll weigh in soon. I've just incorporated exercising again a couple of months ago... started in the middle this year from 15 minutes run. Sedikit demi sedikit and now although still can't beat how long those Biggest Loser's training but I try to do it and try my best with resistance training 3 times a week and cardio 3 times a week. Although now it looks like only 5 days a week because usually Sunday I feel so lazy!
I still have a long way to go! But I don't hate myself now. I love the new me :)
