Memang plan nak lari kan hariknik since last nite. So I keep my promise :D. Glad I go there. Baru tahu tahap kecerdasan cemana wahahaha :)). Memandangkan lari sorang2 so aku tak sure nak letak tahap kecergasan haku takat mana. Ok, meh citer sket...
Kuo umah dalam kul 6pm++. Sampai PISA around 6:10pm or less. Stretching a few minutes before start run. Tak der lari macam nak pecut ke aper ker... mmg lari slow motion jer. Senang citer jog dengan tenang la hahaha :)). Memula ingat nak follow sorang Chinese kat depan haku or another Malay guy. Tapi after 1st corner, that Chinese guys is out of my sight [paham2 lah yer... laju tuh] dan mamat Melayu tuh tak buat full laps, dia g corner kat Brother's [kedai eksesori kete dalam PISA] so aku tak leh guna 2-2 orang to measure my level of fitness with them. Lagipon, men vs women? What am I thinking???
Just before the 2nd corner, aku nampak sorang Indian gal nih [I think she's Indian]... kecik jer budak nyer... lari pun ala2 slow gak tapi momentum cam stable jer... anyway, she's running towards me means aku dengan dia lari bertentangan arah lah nih. Ok, aku guna dia as my 'benchmark'. Fare enough! Gal vs gal kan... baru adil! :D
This morning masa aku type menu, aku dah siap2 letak mark kat workout haku, akan run for 4 laps non-stop. Did I make it? Mmm... I did it more that 4 laps. It's 4 and 3/4 laps... with regards lari sampai kereta. Kalo nak kasik actual 5 laps, aku kena lari lebih ke depan sket which is aku kena patah balik ke kereta so it's ok lah... lain kali start betol2 dari kereta lah senang nak kira how many laps :D. But I did stop taking my breath at my 3rd laps... dah kering giler masa tuh. Telan air liur pun mcm dah tak der bender telan. Tak der air liur balance kat tekak. Giler kering huhuhu... Tapi aku tak stop kat kete nak grab air ke aper, sebab tak nak stop lama sangat time lari, takot momentum ilang.
Ok, sambung balik citer tadih. Aku jumpa balik budak India tadih in the other side of PISA running route. maksudnya, aku musti akan jumpa dia 2x masa lari penuh 1 laps nih. 2nd laps, aku jumpa dia lagik kat tempat 1st aku set dia as a benchmark tapi dia macam ada kat 'depan' dari tempat aku jumpa dia tadih. Samada aku makin slow, atau dia makin laju :-s. 2nd spot pun sama, dia 'depan' bbrp meter darik tempat aku bertembung dia tadih.
Aku tukar step! Lari laju sket. Towards my 3rd laps, aku jumpa dia balik kat 1st spot... kali nih, tempat yg sama, tak der depan sangat, tak der belakang sangat! Hahaha... Berjaya! 2nd spot, erkkk... dia 'potong' aku balik... means aku dah slow down kot rasanya. End of my 3rd laps, aku stop amik hangin. Mmm... masa aku stop and continue jalan, aku perasan aku cam pening2 sket... maybe sebab dari lari dan terus jalan buat haku tak stable... ker? Aku teruskan jalan sampai goyang2kan kepala, kaki dan tangan... tak nak jalan saja... try to ignore dizzy thingy tadih. kalo layan, mahu aku duduk tepi rumput tadih huhuhu... Thx God, bbrp seconds lepas tuh, dizzy2 tuh ilang... then aku continue run balik.
Masa aku sampai kat kete at my 4th and 3/4 laps, budak India pompuan tadih masih lari tak benti [giler budak tuh]... hahaha! Salute lah dia. Dia lari baper laps petang tadih tak tahu tapi definately dia lari sebelom haku dan masa haku stop, dia masih lari. Dia biasa lari kat situ agaknya. Aku macam gatal mulut jer nak tanya 'dah baper lap nih?' hahaha... tapi tak terkeluar dek mulut.
Masa ku stop, some of the cars are gone, dah balik kot. Dan harik dah nak gelap. End my run session with some breathing workout to slow back my heart beat dan bukak kete minum air seteguk dua. Xleh minum banyak2, masa tuh masih tercungap2 walaupun heart beat tak selaju tadih. Masa on kete dah 7pm. Bila aku reach junction Masjid Bukit Gedong, orang dah abeh azan Maghrib.
Mmm, 1st day run: not bad! Aku ingat aku akan stop at 1st or worse at 2nd laps ker tapi agak menakjubkan, aku teruskan sampai ke 3rd laps. kaki mmg soh stop tapi sebab dah set dalam otak nak 4 laps kan... aku try gak. Bila dah tak der 'angin' aku reset balik otak, ok-kita stop kejap kat end of 3rd laps. Power of mind! Kih kih kih... Even body nak stop, if the mind won't set it... I may be running lagi tapi satg collapse pulak susah lah. 1st attempt running kan, dun wanna be so harsh to my self la.
Fun? Ermm, kalo ada geng maybe momentum running aku laju sket kot. Nih tak der guide. Nasib baik set benchmark dengan budak India tuh tadih [even dia tak tahu aku guna dia as benchmark akekeke]... But I think kalo ada geng, larian akan lebih laju sebab ada geng = semangat nak potong lebey sket kot. Semangat nak bersaing tuh tinggi sket. Ahihihihi...
Aku mmg ajak Lin tadih tapi dia keje. Tak per, minggu depan try! Lagipon aku salah pakai kasut tadih [lagik 1 hampeh]. Instead of wear jog shoes, aku pakai hiking shoes haku [note: aku tak der jog shoes sebab aku tak suka jogging apatah lari larik2 nih]. Memang tak kena. Sepanjang2 lari aku asyik tengok kasut orang saja wahahahha... mmg kompom aku sorang jer pakai kasut hiking, chesss...
Ok, for a better tomorrow? Of coz... esok masih ada. Cuba lagik!
