My Weight Loss Progress End of Oct 2009

Salam,

Officially to annouce, aku dah dalam range ideal weight. Aku tak dapat nombor yang muncul 2 minggu lepas atas scale kelmarin [which is lower than this, yg nih increase bbrp gram tapi dekat2 jugak lah... mmm... blame the red flag?]. Tak baik kan... oklah! Blame the increasing of yellow menu. BTW, nak buat experiment sket! Cubit tangan. Aouchhh!!! Cabut bulu kaki. Aouucchhh!!! Erk, ok sah, bukan bermimpi. I'm awake!!! Yippie!!! Berat rasmi untuk penghujung Oct 2009 is 64.8kg. Scroll down to check buku record untuk bulan ini.

Dah makan Herbalife: 1 tahun 7 bulan ++
Overal kg lose: -30.2kg
Overal inches [cm] lose: -76cm or -29.92 inches
Overal jeans size drop: 12 size [from 44 to 32 now]
Overal clothes size drop: 3-4 size [from 3XL to M] some pattern of shirt still L

Bulan ini actually aku agak, erkk.. what should I say... kurang happy? Sebab my menu calendar mmg show drop of shaking days vs last month. My green days drop 2 days 1 day, my kuning even worse increase from 9 days become 13 12!!! WT tuttttttt... Mmm... maybe yang banyak membantu penurunan bulan ini is my workout and tak banyak red days. Last month my red days was 5 days, this month [Thank God], only 2 days.

Ok tadih Dieha review menu, ada 1 salah isi. Yg HIJAU aku g KUNING kan :-s. Ok, aku paste balik menu calendar yang betol. So statement kat atas pun aku betolkan balik ok...

The other thing yg buat aku agak gumbira is my cm loss [or the inches la]. Jarang2 bahagian thighs dan hips reduce sebanyak ini. Wow! 6cm loss is quite a big number for me yang dah lama tak nampak area nih drop. Kalo korang perati graph atas sekali, when is the last date these 2 area drop? Thighs was last month, itupun 1cm. Sebelom tuh stuck lama since May 09. Hips mmg darik may 09 stuck at 100cm. Bulan nih, pecah jugak dominasi 100cm tuh :D.

Ok, let's move to the graph. Mmm, I'm hitting my ideal weight range now. With height 162cm I should be in min 49kg or max 65kg. Now I am 64.8kg. Nak duduk lama2 di nombor ini ker? Errkkk... I dun think so. MUSTI TURUN LAGIK :D. Now aiming for 60kg I guess. Based on the menu calendar, kalo lah hijau 1 bulan direct, agaknya leh reduce busuk2 pun dalam 2-3kg per month agaknya. Kalaulah aku buat betol2... kalau lah... haih! [hah! meratap xabeh2, usaha sekangkang kera, berangan setinggi langit - uhuks - *sobbing loud*]

The other besh part yg buat aku agak lebar senyum walau tak sampai tinger is my body fat%, water% and of coz my muscle% lah. Last month quite a bit frustrated sebab raya [blame the raya yada yada...] so this month dengan usaha workout 3 kali ganda from last month, kalo tak naik jugak muscle% dan tak drop body fat% haku mmg kompius 18 hari. Ok, let's review my body FWM% this month.

So overal:

Body fat drop -1%
Muscle gained +0.7%
Water gained +0.6%

What a day...

Tambahan sket, kalo korang perasan aku dah kalerkan balik bulan2 awal haku dengan workout tracking days. Bukak balik workout log haku dan isi balik tempat2 kosong workout haku yg sempat aku catit. Leh nampak lah berapa kerat haku haku workout since aku tracking it :P. Tak workout harik2 pun kan. But at least workout jugak dalam sebulan. Worse come to worse sebulan sekali, kalo itu yang korang mampu, do it! Don't wait until kesedaran timbul ka, sampai seru ka, apa saja alasan. Just do it!

Aper lagik yer... tak der aper dah kot. Sekian, laporan untuk bulan ini. Berjumpa lagik pada sessi timbangan bulan hadapan with more kg to lose :D. [Wah! Tetiba dah start yakin, sebulan musti drop 1kg]... muhahahahha!!!!! *evilcute laugh*
