Week 35: Ramadhan Day 18

Okay okay... I think I've been too rough on myself. I gotta admit, I can't take 3 meals during this Ramadhan. I'll stick to 2 meals until Ramadhan ends. I tried to push myself but in the end... I just can't do it. Might as well wait for Ramadhan to be over and I'd start taking 2 HL shakes again as usual. In the mean time, I'm going to enjoy Ramadhan and forget about losing weight.


Sahur

4F1 + 200 strawberry soy + 200ml water
Water till full(800ml)

Iftar
4 small popiah's with chili sauce
1 meduim mackerel
1/3 peach apple
1 cup of milo
water 800ml

Supper
1 cup milo
4 small popiah's
teamix 200ml
additional water
