Today I ate a LOT during iftar. :P

Sahur


430am
1 cup teamix(200)
Water until full

510am
4F1 + 200ml water + 200ml soy
water till full

Iftar(at SILs house)

1 kurma
3 thighs kfc
2 big spoon rice + sayur sawi+tauhu
a couple of kuih lapis
1 cup of cincau
3 grapes
1/2 cup of nescafe

@home
1/cup of ice lemon tea
1 bottle of V-Soy multigrain
a couple of kuih bangkit
water till full before sleep
