Unexpected Results

I already started my weight train on Sunday. It was a short lower body workout. The effect... outstanding! Right after I finished I couldn't feel my legs. Then it aches like someone putting needles through my skin.

The next day, I had to solat sitting on a chair because I can't even bend down. The muscle sore's changed into sore's like someone punches you which is much better than the first day. They say whey protein helps a lot in reducing muscle soreness. I can't really say whether it helps or not because I see no difference.

I was supposed to do cardio yesterday but I wasn't even able to walk properly let alone run, LOL! Even sitting down on the toilet bowl was a real pain. You can say it's the result from not training for over a year plus.

What's unique about weight training is that your fat burns much more, thus even if you don't do cardio, you will lose fat. I'm actually trying to make myself feel better for yesterday's miss of cardio :D

I'll write down my workout regime later. Also, I have to increase my meal to 5 times a day. Mostly adding 2 egg whites between meals. Need more protein to build muscles.

One more thing, my scale is out of battery. I have no time to go to a clock shop to buy a new battery. Nanti2 saja la...
